I wanted to thank you guys for all the support and the help. My little silkie Bati didn't make it and fell asleep yesterday. I'm pretty sure it was some form of lynphoma, i am sad but also grateful that she has been a silly rockstar for 7 years despite an important disease and that I was able to...

it smells pretty neutral.. she smells a bit in general but i can't understand if it is a strange smell or only the smell of old feathers (weather has been pretty rainy and moldy, so she is not really super clean even if she is pretty white..) I would exclude worms cause i dewormed a month ago...

    Big lump under the beak??????

That's what I'm afraid of, but I’m still hoping it’s not that... She pecked at the soft food a little, took a couple of sips of water, moved around a bit, and then right after, she had a watery yellow and white poop... (Not sure what the color means in this case..?)

    Big lump under the beak??????

Hey guys, update on my chicken. Today she seems even sadder and isn’t eating (I tried making her a mash with semolina and egg yolk, but she hasn’t touched it so far). I’m pretty worried. Also, I just noticed there are actually two lumps: one positioned vertically under her beak and another one...

    Big lump under the beak??????

Hi everyone, I'm back here asking for your help. I had to stay away from my chickens for a while and today I noticed a large lump under my Silkie's beak. The photo isn’t very clear because of her feathers and because she had just finished pecking at the ground. The lump is hard, about 2 cm in...

    Unneutered cats male and female???

Hi everyone ♥️ I would like your opinion. I have a 3-year-old unneutered male cat. We are considering getting a female kitten, but we are uncertain about the seemingly obvious practice of neutering both cats. However, I have been told that pregnancies harm the health of the female cat, causing...

Does my dog want to eat my baby chicks? ;(

Hi everyone, I hatched three baby chicks of Light Sussex two weeks ago. I have a dog (female), that is usually pretty gentle and obedient. She has never given me problems with the flock, which she was introduced to as a puppy. She has never attacked one of my big chickens. But now she seems...

???Very old girl with green watery poops

Thank you so much, i will monitor her abdomen. ❤️ today she ate a scrambled egg with lot of pleisure. I think that she could have problems in eating by having a piece of the beak that is broken. There is a sort of ledge on it and maybe she struggles to grab the food pieces. i will let you know...

???Very old girl with green watery poops

All my other ISAs died of illness at pretty young age so I perfectly understand! :hugsMari survived to a heatstroke and to a respiratory virus that killed 4 of her sisters, and she strangely didn't catch the egg yolk peritonitis that killed the other two. She is like an iron-chicken 😅 So I went...
