Well another update quicker than anticipated , had a nosey through the window ( bator) and noticed egg had discoloured but still no smell , there was no life at all in there so came to the conclusion he/she has died , so I cracked open the egg and I was right , I’ve taken a photo to show you...
Yes I’d been turning them oftern, I was even getting up maybe 2/3 am in the morning to turn them also , since only having the 2 left I’ve laid them onto the side see if that helps (fingers crossed) I don’t want to tamper with the eggs since I can’t smell anything foul as of yet so I’m just going...
Yes, well like I mentioned I borrowed it off a friend , and hers were a fail also , her didn’t even develop , mine have got to day 19 so I’m doing something right , just not a realisable bator , I no for next time now tho so thank you again
I’m 100% going to get a more reliable bator it’s such a brick to the chest when seeing them get so far then losing them so quick , very dissapointing , thank you for ur input
Would be smelling by now right? Maybe he’s just chilling preserving his energy for the big arrival Oh maybe that’s me just wishful thinking , either way if I’ve had a loss , I’m sure you guys will keep me on the right track for a successful hatch next time round
Yeah I’ve done that , seems a lot clearer in there anyway /window , if the embryo was dead surely it would be starting to give off some smell by now under the heat , still smells fine

Aww no really! I’ve been so looking forward to meeting them aswell I’m gutted there’s one pointed end down and the one in the pic has been how u seen it there , was live and kicking yesterday aswell not happy at all now , shall I just give it a few more days see if I notice any change do u think ??
Their on a tilt as I had 6 to start with but ended up with 2, I’ve attached another pic so you can see , it’s the best quality I can manage at the moment
They seem more of a deep purple rather than a red but I can’t see a great deal as a majority is just shadowed “black” I just can’t see any movement at all :( I attached a pic so you can see the egg
Hi all , I’m new to this and also very new to incubating eggs , I’m currently at day 19 of incubation with my Indian runners , only have the 2 eggs as those were the “successful” ones. I’ve been keeping an close eye on the progress by candling and all seemed to be well , apart from today things...
