Im deeply sorry my content makes you very upset; upset enough to take time from your day and try to put someone down. Instead, why don’t we focus on helping the thread here, agreed? Ok
Also, It wasn’t intended to promote, but to offer some help. I also didn’t link it for you but if you must...
I have a few videos on those topics that I suggested you to try. Just because you said that you don’t feel any egg that may be bound in her, it sounds like it may be some parasites that may be making her feel down.
Here’s the link 👉🏼 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoKmGhkOYn717BH2S9r_yWA...
First, wow she is gorgeous! 🤗😍
Second, after reading your post, it sounds like you are doing everything you can to help. I do think it may be a soft shell egg giving her a hard time.
I feed my chickens all their eggs shells back after I’m done making breakfast, not everyday but often, maybe...
To everyone with negative feedback:
I’m sorry but I’m not a sassy or malicious woman. I just wanted to give an idea to the person out there that has no money to construct or buy what most people here advice as suitable housing. Didn’t mean to cause sooooo much chaos.
I need to get back to work...
Man, maybe I do live in the moon.
well like I’ve mentioned, this video was ONLY TO INSPIRE SOMEONE to build their own coop. Never ever said it had to be like mine. If someone has the predators you mentioned, then I completely understand how my coop would not be suitable. But that’s up to the...
Also, for being a site where chicken lovers and new comers can (or should) come together and share ideas and experiences along with advice and help, this sure is a weird response coming fr
Maybe that business thingy magiger would help, but since your are not getting paid to teach, let’s just...
Why do people say I’m suggesting other to REPLICATE my coop design? The title says
“Chicken coop built from pallets” “Build a chicken coop for free”. 🧐
You and others are more than welcome to take this idea and multiply space by 20 or add automated doors and fan ventilation, solar heat lamps...
I don’t lock them in at all. I will do that this year for the first time because of last years surprise snow fall. And I’m very good at waking up at 5am to feed my animals so no cranky birds here.🙋♀️
I don’t post ads. I share how I KEEP MY FLOCK. No one if forced to do as I show, I simply give ideas and share my experience.
My birds eat grain, oh no. What you don’t realize is that they get great calcium supplements like oyster and eggs shells often, and they have natural grit 24/7 to help...
Some people measure to the last inch of space or last pellet of food, I’m more laid back about that, but ALWAYS keeping my birds health in mind of course. What works for one may not work for all. At the end of the video, you can see how they are roosting getting ready for bed, and only 1 or two...
Lol 😂 I don’t live in the moon.
In all the years of keeping chickens here, I’ve never had ANY problems with raccoons or foxes or coyotes etc. like I said, only hawks and aerial predators of the sort. Maybe I am lucky 😉🐓
I do see how it’s very easy to over do it, but I have a big enough free range run that can accommodate all the chicks I have once grown. The coop will need to be expanded and I will do that early next year, but for my 7 chickens that sleep in there now, it’s perfect 👌🏼
Thank you, and yea I agree it needs some work to make it “bullet proof”, but for now only 7 chickens sleep in there, and there is more than enough room for them. Out of those 7, 5 are hens, so 3 nest boxes is also ok for now. 🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓
And if you see in the video, the metal slate is twice as long...
Only 7 chickens sleep in there at the moment. The rest of the younger chicks you might of seen on different videos have their own enclosure due to size difference. For 7 chickens, this coop is more than enough space. Also, if you watched the video, you can see their is a long metal slate as the...
