Please help! Sour crop in six-week-old chick

They do have chick grit, and yes she’s been eating grass and bugs as well. She is still eating and drinking, but her crop is much more full than the other chicks. Earlier, I massaged her crop until it was pretty much empty. There was no impaction or anything. I also gave her some nystatin. She’s...

Please help! Sour crop in six-week-old chick

My chick, April, has a squishy and full crop. She’s also been making the neck movement that they do to adjust their crop. I was concerned about her crop yesterday, so I got up early this morning to check and it’s still full and squishy. I’ve smelled her breath and I can’t smell anything sour...

6 week old Ameraucanas - How many are boys?

I have 8 6-week-old Ameraucanas who are supposed to be (and hopefully) girls. I asked on another thread if the first two looked like boys, and everyone who responded said that they did. Now I’m concerned that even more of them could be boys. I won’t be able to keep any roosters because they...

    5.5 week old ameraucana - she’s a girl, right?

Ameraucanas supposedly have an 80% sexing success rate, so she’s probably a girl. I just want to be sure. Her comb is a bit more red than the others, and her feet and legs seem bigger.

    Hen with prolapsed vent

She’s still doing well, except today she threw up. I know chickens don’t throw up like humans do, but they expel stuff from their crop. Is it normal for her to be doing that? Ive also been wondering if I should let her go outside for a little today. I’ve been keeping her in the garage in...

    Hen with prolapsed vent

Tiny bits of poop keep coming out. I’m not able to push it back in anymore. I took that photo with flash on, that’s why it’s so red

    Hen with prolapsed vent

Please help! My five year old hen, Copper, has a prolapsed vent. I gave her an epsom salt soak. I pushed it back in, but it came right back out. She pooped before, but now she keeps straining and nothing is coming out. I’m so scared I made it worse. Please help, I don’t know what to do

I’ll have to post pictures tomorrow because they’re sleeping right now, but it definitely doesn’t look like cecal poop

    Chicks with watery poop

I have 11 4-week-old chicks, and a few of them have really watery poop. It’ll be mostly or partially clear liquid with some brown solids in it. They seem fine other than that though, and most of them have normal poop. What should I do? Should I start treating them with corid?
