Hi, it just developed after this molt (october/novemver) I've always fed them a 18% protein crumbs, corn and 16% protein layer mix, never changed a thing and till last molt they were absolutely normal. Ps thanks for your kind help:)
Hi, I have this partridge who seems to have a feather problem but I'm not sure what ot may be and what could have caused it. Does anyone have any ideas what it is and how to cure it please?? Pics below
Possibly yes because in fact it's the peak season for woodcock and snipe here in Malta although we see very little like maybe 10 a year if we see them. Thanks a bunch but I can assure you that jackdaws and crows dont live here. Trust me I've even partridges listed and those are not native and...
No, the only pest around here is feral pigeons. We dont get crows, ravens, pied pipers ect... that's why I was leaning towards a eurasian woodcock or a moorhen. Tks :)
Thanks for the reply, but over here we dont have any crows or ravens, they are tequniquely nonexistent here. I was researching a little, do you think it could be a eurasian woodcock please ? Tks
Hi, I found this image online and I've been trying to figure out who are the parents, I'm thinking an Italian quail with a pharoah or Tibetan quail. What do you think please? Thanks so much!
Thanks so much for your help. Just gave the enclosure a clean and nothing popped up. I think you're right, it's probably just molting. I wi still keep one eye open though just in case, thanks again !!!
Just received a pic from a friend of mine who wants to know what this (pic) is exactly. I'm thinking like a hybrid between a collared dove and a turtle dove. Not sure though what do you guys think please tks :)
Thanks so much!! I dont know if they are molting but the feathers come off pretty easily. You dont think it could be a genetic disorder if some sort right? How do I check for mites and lice please? Tks
