Thanks! I love ducks too! Yesterday I took them out so the other ducks could see them (mostly ignored them lol). These two seem to be the most active ones I’ve ever had and just zoom all over the place, so I have a feeling that they’ll be the messiest ones too, haha.
Hello,
A few days ago, my partner and I went out to Rural King and I convinced him to to buy the two ducklings that were there. They were in with some chicks and were just labeled as Ducks. After looking at many yellow and black duckling photos, I finally decided to assume that they’re Silver...
Hey y’all, I got another rabbit. His name is Nugget and he’s getting neutered on Monday (guess I could say that hes losing his nuggets lol). Anyway, so far Muffin isn’t a huge fan, but she’s slowly not trying to get at him through the divider as much as before. He’s very friendly and loves to be...

First, I’ve been going by the name Toby/Tobias since I’ve come out to the previously mentioned...
I have a black Australop mix rooster and several black hens which seems to help deter hawks. I forget where I read it, but somewhere said that black chickens can help deter hawks bc they look like crows, which are enemies to hawks. Or it said something similar to that lol. Hope this helps some!
Personally, once they have most of their full feathers, I let them be outside but lock them in their coop or kennel for the night so their body heat stays in and keeps them somewhat warm. Other people might recommend letti by them out on nice days but bringing them back in at night or something...
