i keep waiting for the mama ducks to be nicer to the babies since they were broody for soo long and we’re fighting over them- no mothering instinct at all 🤷🏻♀️

They can’t stand all day. They’re growing just wait till the grow up and are zooming around like maniacs- just make sure they have water they can dip their full face in or at that age you can put them in bath tub for a treat
Any reccomendatioms on how to keep him real sweet ? I’ve seen my neighbors rooster go after their kids before and I have a 3 year old so I’m a bit nervous

One of my ducks was hatched 4 years ago with a similar defect and he’s still thriving - just make sure they always have a deeper bowl for easier scooping with the mouth -
