When you are taking care of your chickens and going through the process of growing fodder, you’re also staying out of her hair - sounds like a win-win here! Just make sure to grow her something too - try a money tree... yet another win-win idea! :highfive:

But in this case, they are used to getting meal worms... I think they were a little let down (and surprised) I gave them pumpkin instead of worms! :D
My 2 cents regarding the poop board is yes, a poop board makes cleaning the coop fairly painless!
We had an extra metal shallow pan that we put PDZ on. I was going to do sand, but sand, I heard, isn't ideal for a compost whereas PDZ is ok for compost.
