She is walking around fine this morning!!! So happy!! Never experienced that before with my ducks! -

Yes I will add more hay. The vet won’t be open until Monday possibly Tuesday. I can take her then. -

She can move her neck and head. She will twitch her legs now and then but can’t bend them I guess. When I touch them they feel normal but she doesn’t try to move them away from my touch. They all have access to a pond. Food is kept in dry area and given fresh daily. -

I have a 7 month old hen and I found her this evening laying on the ground with her legs behind her. I went over to her and she clapped her wings but could stand. I lifted her up and she couldn’t stand on her legs. What is wrong? I do have 1 drake and a total of 6 hens. Do you think the... -
Hen Acting weird
i took her to the vet and she has an upper respiratory infection. They have her antibiotic shots and told me to keep her in the house away from the other ducks to monitor her eating and drinking. She eats very little and is drinking some. She lays down in the grate mostly and has green poop... -

Hen Acting weird
So I have 6 hens and 1 drake. All laying eggs now but one hen is standoffish. She goes by herself and lays down. She is eating and drinking but opens her mouth like she will quack but nothing coming out. -
Blue Swedish drake
So my ducks are about 15 weeks old and were purchased as all females, however I believe one is a drake! His quack is like a drake but no tail curl yet. When does the blue Swedish get the sex curl feathers? -

How have the buckets worked out? Very interested to see if they did use them for nesting. -

i looked and I didn't see any blood so I really am not sure unless they just attacked her. There was no sign of entry into the coop so I don't think anything got in there with them. -

Yes I moved the other hen in with the ducklings. I am going to keep them separate unless I am there to supervise the drakes with her. -

No that was what was weird she was laying next to it but not stuck in it.
