Do the blue ear lobes show up from birth or does it show up later and if so at what age?

At what age does the blue show on the Mosaics faces? I think I have two but there is no blue on their faces so not sure that they are Mosaics. I think they are between 12-15 weeks. I’m new here so not sure if I posted this in the right place so please forgive me as I learn the ropes! Thanks...
