I have a coturnix quail (Blueberry) currently living in a cozy little cot in the house this winter because I wasn’t able to successfully integrate her with the main flock before winter arrived. She was also born late in the season so never started laying by the time daylight hours shortened and...
It’s the same over here in the U.S, there are three main tiers of veterinary worth:
1 Horses and companion animals “cats & dogs” who are allocated the most funding for medical research.
2 Exotics. Parrots, zoo animals. They’re more valuable to keep alive in comparison to a farm animal.

There could still be some sort of infection or irritant causing this, sometimes the exact cause is unknown but that looks like some sort of inflammation.
If it isn’t bacterial a virus could be to blame, according to a few sites online neoplasia can also cause this.
There isn’t a lot of...
Can you describe where on her wing the lump is or maybe take another pic and circle where it is?
Is the lump hard to the touch? Does it move if you press on it?
One of my drakes and one of my ducky girls are currently molting, everyone else had the sense to do it in late summer/ fall.
I had one girl who molted only once in her life and passed away last year, she was a chronic layer and had issues resulting from that which was the root of her not...
Does she start doing this in your presence or in the presence of another bird? It could be the warning quivers, they do this to show dominance or to warn others away.
Overdose of antibiotics can cause a clostridium or yeast infection, that can cause a swollen intestine causing slow digestion, vomiting, lack of appetite, and starvation because it makes it near impossible for her gut to absorb nutrients.

Voice changes.
Respiratory infections of any kind can alter their voice and make them sound more gurgly and they may be quieter anyway so don’t be alarmed if she sounds like she’s been gargling syrup.
Asper changes the voice in a different way, if it is affecting the lungs and trachea it...
It’s definitely good news that a bacterial infection was diagnosed, at the least it’s cheaper to treat. I will warn you however that asper isn’t necessarily ruled out, asper is sneaky and is difficult to diagnose until it’s progressed so it can require a lot of different tests to find out if...
If you can get a bag of 30% game bird start or any 30% feed, dry cat food also works in a pinch, start feeding her that as well as a B vitamin mix. It will help get her weight back up.
30% feed isn’t good for waterfowl long term but it’s excellent as a recovery formula for underweight birds.
I had one “Bergamot” who got really aggressive with the other girls, I separated her for a day, that did nothing.
I separated her for another day then introduced her back to the flock with a piece of white cord very loosely looped around her neck, there really wasn’t much keeping it on besides...
