My 8 day old runner duck is more jump than my other ones I recently relocated them to a bigger and probably colder location but they still have access to there broader plate. He also does watery poos and is very skiddish. One of my other ones was like this before I relocated them but stopped I was wondering why are they doing this? They also jump at each other

The one if the photo sitting away from the others is the skiddish one

Can you tell us more about what you wrote as “more jump than my other ones”? Do you mean it’s more skittish, like reacting bigger than the others when something happens? Or it’s more physical for no particular reason, jumping higher, trying harder to fly? Or something else entirely?

This seems to be very duck-behavior-related, and you may have better luck with this thread on the Ducks subforum. https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/ducks.42/

A moderator can move it for you if you like, so that you don’t have to type out a new post. If you want to do that, look at your original post and click the Report bell icon down on the bottom left. Click that, and a text box will open up, and you can type in your request to move the thread to the Ducks subforum. And of course, you can always leave it here, but if it’s on the Ducks subforum, you’ll probably get a lot more useful looks and responses.

Here’s how your post looks on my phone. Yours might look a bit different, as you’re the original poster (OP). I have (very badly) circled the Report button that you can use:

Thank you very much

It may just be a personality trait. Some ducks are naturally shy, easily frightened, and high strung, all you can do is be calm and move slowly around them.
If he’s otherwise growing normally and getting his fair share of water and food when he does eat and he’s not being overly bullied he should be fine, he’ll likely always be aloof but if he’s still thriving otherwise there isn’t an issue.
