Okay! I did see lots of feathers laying around back a couple of weeks ago. Even now when they shake and flap their wings they loose a few. So possible they are coming out of molt. Waddles is a Peking and those were the feathers we were seeing. We will keep a close eye on her to ensure she keeps...
Will do! My husband just checked on her and she is preening her belly with minimal issues!! I cannot thank everyone enough for all your help! I will keep you posted until she is completely well.
Yes ma'am. But we put it in the flocks water. Would you recommend i continue to specifically dose her separately? We put approximately 6 ml in a 3 gallon waterer.
We are in Texas and temps are mid 60's for the high and mid 40's for the low. I feel very uneducated on my ducks and geese because i don't know about their molt. Please educate me. We rescued these babies 1 1/2 years ago. Talking with all of you here has brought to light a ton of inaccurate...

Well she is improving! Still not all the way better but she is much more stable in her walking. She also is no longer falling backward when she flaps her wings! She is still having some issues when preening her chest and belly area. She has been on her 1 ml 2x a day Vitamin B Complex since...
I just checked the bottom of her feet. There is no trauma or abrasions and they are a pretty bright orange. Her poop varies. Is goes from semi soft to runny. I have not noticed any worms but i didn't know if most or all would be visible to the naked eye.
Thank you so much for that information.I will definitely remove the scratch. I didn't know it was more of a treat food. Do you add the B Complex to her food or water? She has not been laying for some time now. We got eggs from them several times a week but no eggs in months.
I have a Peking duck that is approximately 1 1/2 years old. She lives with 8 other ducks and 2 geese. I noticed 4 days ago she was falling over when walking and trying to eat. Her name is Waddles. She is the only one exhibiting these symptoms. After some research I found this could be attributed...
