    I recently rescued a chicken, and she isn’t integrating well with my flock of 6. I’m hoping if I add multiple chickens instead of just 1, it will be easier on them all. I’m in the Traverse city Michigan area.

    Girl or boy?

    The white one, definitely. It turned red immediately! All the others are different breeds, though. So I wasn’t sure if it was the breed, or the sex!

    I believe the white one is a white Cochin frizzle bantam. I’m guessing he is a rooster, since he crowed this morning?! He’s 11 weeks. The other one in question is the (I think) gold laced polish bantam. Boy or girl? This one is 11 weeks also.

    We just got our first chicks from TSC. My daughters fell in love with 2 bantams, so we got them as well. Now I’m trying to figure out their breeds. Any help is appreciated!
