We get them from our own ducks, but it is the earliest we have ever done them. There’s definitely nothing there so we’ve turned the incubator off and we’ll put on another batch in summer when we’re back! Thanks!

So just wanted to update seen as you were so helpful! Both of the ducklings we were talking about hatched overnight, the one who pipped both ends ended up needing a bit of the shell peeled back but after that he was well able to get himself out! The one with the bit of blood got himself out fine...

Okay perfect, I’ll give him til tomorrow. I put the safety hole in the air sac of the other duckling about 10 minutes ago and he’s already peeping a lot more!
