My polish hen has a swollen lump under her eye causing the eye to close! She is eating fine, not laying age yet and doesn’t seem to have any other issues. Any ideas?? Picture is posted. Thanks for any advise you might have!!

That is under her wing, it’s her vent. I’ve never seen it, but I’m wondering if it’s vent gleet? Everything I’ve read said they should get this sick from vent gleet. However, after a little further investigation they did say they noticed something leaking from her vent yesterday.
My neighbor brought this girl over this morning for me to look at! I’ve never seen anything like it, she will barely pick her head up, I tried to get her to drink and feed her some yogurt and egg, she wouldn’t swallow it. They said she was fine yesterday.
Yes, I had some of my older chickens with fowl pox, but they have been separated from the babies. I have had several of my babies quarantined for, what appeared to be coryza, but there was no smell, just eye swelling and closing up. Could it all be related to fowl pox?
