    I lean Cockrel. The redder coloring on the shoulder. I don’t see pointy saddle feathers and they should be starting to show at 12-13 wks. I would part the feathers on the mid to low back area and look for them to be sure. Beautiful bird

    WTGs should have straight combs yellow legs and look similar to Welsumers. There is some variation in coloring but are more uniform in appearance than the Blues. They do not breed true.     Whitings are my fav!! I believe these are male. In your shoes I’d wait a week or two to be sure. But I don’t have much doubt.
