The one time I needed a boy, for the double blue egg genetics LOL. This will be my third and final time trying to order and hatch them this spring, so maybe I'll get a roo out of the batch this time.

When you want a roo it seems you don't get one, lol!

Looks like I’ll have 4 or 5 true blue roos. I’ll probably only be able to keep 1.

I'm interested in the Whitings, but they seem so slight and small, I wonder about their cold tolerance as I'm in Northeastern PA. The hatchery says "good," which is their worst rating.

I have Whitings and they have done fine even at -10 this year. I have seen no issues. Better than some of the breeds with big combs
