I have 6 chickens who stopped laying about two weeks ago. I was shocked to find these eggs out there today! Its way colder now than it was 2 weeks ago. I'm guessing it must be that I switched back to higher protein feed last Friday because it was going to be so cold. This is my first winter...- EllieDeg

Anyone interested in a 8 week old Silver Lakenvelder rooster? We were given him as a "surprise chick" from the hatchery and I can't keep roosters within the city limits. So sad to see him go :( I'm located in Bloomington IL.- EllieDeg

Chicken newbie here! We got a silver lakenvelder as our surprise 7th chicken from the hatchery and I suspect it might be rooster. Tell me what you think! I'm not supposed to have roosters within the city limits here and I'm pretty sure my neighbors aren't going to just look the other way 😅- EllieDeg
