I ended up soaking her again and dug with a exaco knife. Then I squeezed it like a zit and pop out it came. Very bloody but it stopped and I cleaned her up wrapped her and now she is sleeping in a separate area for the night. Very good girl!

6 weeks seems a little early. I would do 8 weeks. Let them stay outside all day but at night take them inside. It will help them adjust when they are permanently outside.

Another thing to help swelling and bruising. Give her a Epson salt bath. Just hold her wings and let her feet soak. There is no need to get her feathers wet. You must supervise at all times though.
