    I don’t think it’s the hens doing it. I haven’t see them do it and they all get along quite well. I don’t see any small bugs on him. Will mites be visible? Maybe I’ll treat for that to be safe.

    Thanks for your replies! She is on grower feed and eats the ducks grower pellets too which is why I didn't think it was low protein. I'll cook her some scrambled eggs tomorrow and maybe get plain greek yogurt with added protein. Do you think it is because she will be laying soon that her body...

    I would love some information on Azur blue chickens if anyone has it?? I can’t find much. I just got one and the thing jumped and climbed over a 7 foot fence! I was chasing it around the yard. Do they fly or just jump high?? Good Lord. I put it in the coop until I figure out what to do.

    I thought khaki at first but then the white appeared on its chest which lead me to wonder swedish blue. My brother hatched the eggs he got from a farm and attached is a picture from the farm. you can see the ducks in the back with white chests. Im thinking its related but not sure the breed.y
