    Blue becoming Splash?

    I agree that he looks to be splash, but if you’d like to be sure you can breed him to black hens. If he’s truly splash, all offspring from this breeding should be blue. If he’s a weird blue and you breed him to black hens, the offspring should be about half blacks and half blues.

    I just realized I forgot to post results on my last hatch of 2020! Myshire shipped eggs (feather sexable, German pastel, snowie, and jumbo white wing pharaoh) — set 137, lockdown 118, hatched 83 starting Christmas Day. I had some humidity problems at the end and lost a few. 😕
