    He is acting calm. Just stands there or sits there used to be very active and crazy.

    Yes frostbite could be a thing where I live. Windsor ontario canada. Temperatures are now-10 he is 8 months old. All of my hens are fine. I had problems with my water freezing so I got a new water heater so I thought maybe he could be dehydrated by he is drinking alot the past couple days

    How big of openings would they need? The roof has bends in it and cracks. Would these gaps be enough?

That is why I put up the plastic to keep the wind out. The coop on the ground might be a little too air tight then but the 2 story one has...
