I wouldn't incubate an egg that is already cracked, way to many down falls. Also it looks like it has a bit of calcium build up so it may be a bit more of a challenge for the chick to hatch. Good luck!

Yes chicks die in the eggs yet it deppens on the hatch and the way they are incubated, but I think the only time you should help is after 24 hours of pipping then you are not risking that the veins are still filled with blood and the chick has absorbed most of its yolk sack. Other than that if...
