    I did get one more, but had to intervene, as it has been pipped for over 24 hours, wasn’t zipping, and I noted decreased movement and peeping. We’re calling it “Turtle” because the poky thing didn’t want to come out of its shell. 😊

    Thank you to my daughter for this update. Our chicken is back up and walking this morning, seeming to act fine. I don’t have any antibiotics so I hope she doesn’t get pneumonia. Does anyone know if that’s something I can pick up at a farm store?

    Hi, I’m new to the MI thread. I’ve lived here since marrying my husband in 2001. I’ve had chickens going on three years now and still feel like a newbie.
