I bought 3 chicks from a person in CT that were advertised as cream Legbars. I asked for two pullets and one cockerel. I’m sure that I got 3 cockerels (have heard attempted crowing from 2/3) but I’m not sure if any of them are actually cream Legbars. Kind of disappointing but that’s the way...

I’m thinking it will be good for summer but not for our winters here in CT. It’s guaranteed predator proof if its sitting on level ground but that’s hard to come by here. I may have to put cinder blocks around it or a chicken wire skirt with pins to prevent burrowing under. I’ll post pics...

I ordered an Alumi-Coop from Ackerman’s and it is being shipped this week. Just wondering if anyone else has one and if they like it. I’ve got some youngsters that are outgrowing their current accommodation. I ordered the 10’x12’.
