What vaccines should be given to newly hatched chicks?

At what age do you process your Jersey Roosters? Mine are nearing 10 months, is the meat too 'old'? (I read that the meat gets stringy and gamey with age, but nothing specifically for slow growers.)

About 4-5 months.
I say go for it! No clue what it will look like, I've only ever had mutts and never raised chicks. Could end up an interesting mutt with fuzzy legs, or something gorgeious! Never know until you try...
No advice, in fact, I'd like some ideas for keeping our pet goat off the back deck! (she's VERY resourceful at knocking or jumping gates! ... And has a strange aversion to our outdoor path lights...)
