I heard about this stuff for chickens somewhere. Wondering if anyone has used this and has anything I should know about. I usually use python dust. Thanks!

The stuff you linked me on appears to be recommended to give in drinking water also. Do you know the total mg of enro you give orally twice a day? I have about 100mg to play with.

She just got back to me. The enro she gave me is 100mg/ml. So what she has me doing is putting 25mg in 2 cups of water. I have about 1ml left of the stuff she gave me. So about 100mg. Any idea how I can dose that orally? It’s in the 1cc tuberculin syringes so I should be able to dial it in...

I doubt it’s the 10%. I’ll have to ask my vet. She’s mostly a large animal vet. She gave it to me in 2 syringes. She said put 0.25 ml in 2 cups of water and just let her drink it. Refresh every 2 days. I think she gave me enough for 4 total refills.

Sorry my post got cut off. The Enro is a liquid I have to dilute in 2 cups of water and let her drink it. Not super good if she’s not really drinking much. I’ve been syringing like 9cc of that enro water as well as honey water gently into her mouth this morning every couple hours. She had her...

Ok my vet finally got back. She’s giving me some enrofloxacin and a dewormer based on the poop pics I sent her. She says the enro is a liquid that

Thanks for the reply. My vet says she will get back to me today but she’s said that a couple times already. My hen is still the same. Yellow green poops, super low energy. I gave her the oral nutridrench and honey water yesterday and today. The only antibiotic I have is amoxicillin but I’m...

I think we have Tylosin. But I’m pretty sure you need a prescription for all antibiotics like LA 200, tylosin, etc now right?

I’m having a super hard time gettin a hold of my vet. We don’t have any antibiotics. I see that you can get LA 200 at tractor supply. Would this work? Thankfully she’s not getting any worse right now.

honestly I think I had at least one dose of nutri on board before I noticed the color of the poops. She started roosting in a specific spot so that’s how I noticed. There hasn’t been any obvious worms in the poops or mites or lice but I’ll give her a more thorough look. Can you get a fecal...

Hi guys. This girl shown below is about 2 1/2 or 3 years old. She’s my OG, and the only survivor I have from my first unvaxxed flock that got taken out by Mareks. I wouldn’t say she’s sick, but she’s been off for about 2 weeks. She’s always been kind of chill, but the she’s been off by herself a...

    Sour crop? Need advice fast

When I flush the getting ready to head out to get a couple things I need for the flush. When you say flush are you meaning that I should also be pulling the half cup of epsom salt water back out of the crop with the catheter syringe tube? Or am I just leaving it all inside her? Thank you.

Also is it pretty easy to identify the opening on I guess it would be s the esophagus on a chicken as opposed to the trachea. When you intubate a human and get the tube in the esophagus we call that “tubing the goose.” That’s bad. Clearly tubing a chook trachea when you intend to flush a crop...

We haven’t done that. What’s the difference between epsom salt and saline? Her bubble is so big I don’t even know if a half cup of water would fit in there

Ok. We’re 22 days in with this. One thing I did notice in my yard was some foam pipe insulation and fiber tape on my AC unit got nibbled away. No idea if the chickens or something else did it. No idea when it happened. We’ve been doing micanazole multiple times daily. Olive oil as well. We...

Is there a certain mg size that you give? And you think that I should keep all the various waterers out there for them? One has ACV, one probiotic, and one with regular water in them? Thank you!

It’s definitely the crop, confirmed by our farm vet. We haven’t tried the baking soda yet. But we will today. Thanks!
