Entry #2:
Jelly Bean and I in our rabbit ears! I have a picture with my other cat, Mushroom, but he wasn't very happy about having to wear rabbit ears, so unfortunately he will not be part of any entries. Still wanted to mention him though!
"Alright Betsy, you've got this! We've trained long and hard for this, and with my management skills, I know you'll make this chicken proud!
'Cause if you don't..."
It could very well be. I'll post pictures probably once a week so people may have better ideas as to what they could be. In the meantime, I hope people keep guessing.
Doubtful. It was after a bath, and they tend to stand up straighter while they're preening. Still, I suppose it's not entirely impossible. Any specific breeds come to mind? I see you mentioned mixes, but any idea what kind?
I forgot to mention that recently I've also been giving them some Flock Party (the one with oats, mealworms, peanuts, sunflower kernels, and raisins) as a treat after their bath/swimming time every day.

Any clue?
All of these pictures were taken about 45 minutes after a bath/little swim, so some of...
You may be onto something. I was reading several threads where people said that they had kept their ducks on 20% protein feed for their entire lives. I just want to avoid angel wing.
Just switched my almost 6-week old ducklings from a brand nobody's heard of (Keystone Mills) to Purina Flock Raiser (non-medicated) and I was concerned about the protein requirements and requirements for other nutrients.
How can I lower the protein level and how can I ensure that my ducklings...
Thank you for your support! I'm glad that there are so many helpful people up here! I'm glad they're okay as well. They're now starting to grow out their adult feathers, and the fact that I was able to save them so they could get to this point really makes me happy.
