Ahhh thanks for your help. I was leaning towards girl too. From the 3 I have one definite girl who at 5 weeks quacks like there is no tomorrow. Puddle (who you can hear in the background of the video) sort of whistles/peeps so I’m thinking he may be a boy and Waddles is the one in question but...

Sorry I have taken a longer video of the duck I’m questioning (sorry about the background duckling noise - puddle wasn’t helping with being quiet 😂) I think it sounds like there is a quack/honk starting to come out. Any help is appreciated

I wonder if anyone can help with my other 2. I think I’m hearing another girl and possibly a boy (but may be too early...

    12 week old silkies

I posted a few weeks ago asking if anyone could help with the gender of my 2 silkies. Most people thought the paint is a Roo and the white probably a pullet. Just wondered whether now at 12 weeks everyone thought the same?

Thank you. S/he really has me guessing. One minute I think definitely a Roo, then the next I’m thinking it could still be a pullet. Arghh they should grow little pink or blue feathers so we know 😂

So I’m still not sure on Peanuts gender. I’ve had mixed responses when I’ve posted before so just wondered whether anything is looking clearer now at 12 weeks? Thanks x

Peanut is really keeping me guessing whether she a she or a he. She does seem to have a largish comb but it’s not red 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Any ideas?

7 weeks and still no clue …

Thanks everyone. Fingers crossed she’s a pullet. If she is it means I’m incredibly lucky as out of 4 unsexed chicks I have 3 pullets and 1 Roo to add to my existing flock of 5 hens 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

7 weeks and still no clue …

Here’s Peanut now at 7 weeks. I’ve still got no clue if she’s a she or a he 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Feathering is really slow but I have heard that Lavender Orps can feather in slower. I don’t think there is any wattle growth yet …. Arghhhh 😂😂
