I have 5 hens that are 3 years old together in one coop/pen. I would like to mix our 5 chicks that are 3-4 months old. For the chicks I have 1 barred rock rooster,1 polish rooster,1 polish female and 2 gray mixed breeds. Is this a good idea to try to mix them. Can anyone give me advice?

I have 5 hens together. There is one hen that has a bare patch on her back because one hen keeps on riding her at times. At other time, the hens will peck at her back. Why are they doing this and what should I do? Her back is bare.
