tyvm. i’m gonna see if there’s any vets around me. i could post some pictures of her, she hasn’t been buried yet. it’s only been about an 40 minutes. Thank you
I’ve had so many deaths in my flock recently due to illness and it’s so frustrating. I have previous posts on my other chickens and how they died but just now I had another hen die but under different circumstances. My Brahma was a little under a year old and just died out of the blue. Before...
ty! i just had another chicken die randomly. i don’t know if it was mareks this time(if they do have mareks) i’m just so completely frustrated with it all. going to make another post now
update: Sadly my hen did pass away today. At least she didn’t suffer for a long time. I do believe it’s Mareks because I don’t know what else would kill off my chickens slowly like this. Unless anyone else has any ideas on what else it could be. Thank u guys for the support :)
I feed them dumor all flock. All their crops seem fine. Not too long ago I treated them for worms just in case even though I haven’t seen any. They free range in my yard.

Okay so my rooster just recently died and i’m not sure why. He’s around a year old and had been acting weird the past few days. He was acting lethargic and tired. I didn’t notice him not eating/drinking but I don’t think he was doing much of either. A few days ago i decided to take a look at him...
Thank you guys. I just don’t see the point of changing their feed if there isn’t an issue. Would they be fine eating starter/grower for the rest of their life? Also I got oyster shell just to be sure 🙂
Hey y’all. So my chickens are on purina starter/grower feed and they just started laying eggs. The eggs have really hard shells and seem very healthy. I also have some chicks that are around 6-7 weeks old. I don’t wanna have to buy two different feeds for them so would it be okay to continue...
