Drained water belly clear liquid please help!

Old post I know, but I'm dealing with my first water belly so learning it all. There's no particular correct spot: about one inch to the right and at least one inch to the south of her vent (so about 1.5" south/east from her vent is the most north spot to get her). This is where I just performed...

Sick chook - anything that can be done?

Thank you- it's just been 3 days of her not getting up with the others, yesterday I checked her over, today she's lying down panting. I did notice a few mites when I cleaned the coop a few days ago, & I treated the coop & the girls, but I haven't followed up. (Assumed I'd knock it one the...

Help! Hen with sour Crop and watery yellow poop

Yes I'm fairly comfortable with treating impacted & spur crop. I've never come across this fluid-filled crop / yellow poop before, & can't find info online to educate myself. I called a vet but I just can't afford the $ right now & they couldn't give any advice over the phone.

Help! Hen with sour Crop and watery yellow poop

Thank you - so the probiotics will help with the pH, you think? I was thinking of offering her yoghurt &/or a probioitc. As that's my go-to for sour crop. But today I ended up putting her outside next to some water because her crop didn't empty overnight so I didn't know if she should eat.

Help! Hen with sour Crop and watery yellow poop

My chicken has exactly this condition. Full water-balloon crop (not sure if emptied overnight, as she has access to water), & watery yellow poop. Very dirty vent. She's an ex-batt, & I'm assuming it's a reproductive issue. How long did your girl take to pass? Should I consider euthanasia if...
