Just an update:
Only after a few days on vitamin therapy so far, I’ve already noticed some big improvements! Her leg is still bent and wobbly but she isn’t lethargic anymore and is much more active. I noticed this morning that she is back up on her perch! I am going to continue the vitamins...

So, this chick developed a leg issue at around 7 weeks old. I initially thought it was slipped tendon and splinted it with no improvements. I’ve done a lot of research and realized it was in fact spraddle leg. I don’t have any experience with either one… She is now in a hobble relearning how to...
My chicks are in the process of the “see no touch” method… Once that is over and they have officially joined the adults, what do you guys do about their feed? Do you feed the adult hens and chicks all starter grower and just provide extra calcium for the adults?? I’m worried about the chicks...
