    The leg cannot extend fully. He's walking on his hocks. My other chick wasn't malformed. This one seems to have very short legs. 34 other chicks are happy and healthy.

    Not really. I set 41 eggs. 2 didn't develop. 39 into lockdown. 2 eggs didn't hatch 1 died mid hatch on Monday 1 died this morning Now this one. Everyone that has moved over is healthy and happy.

    Hey all I have a chick just hatched today. Day 23. She pipped yesterday evening so I did help her this afternoon and removed the shell. Kept the membrane moist. She hatched and has barely moved. I know her odds are poor. At this small can I try egg yolk? Tia

    They all make noise at once and I live on a highway so I can never tell who sounds like what lol. That and they always run away. So just that little flick up is considered a curl. Maybe I will grab a milk crate and go sit out there with them for a bit this week and see what I notice.... Thank you
