Nice. I like Fayoumi too. And they take our southern kansas level of cold and heat well, but my roosters did get some frostbite on the tips of their combs one of the colder winters but it was not bad. But i would not recommend them for a lot further north, perhaps we are near their northern...

1) Chantecler cross to Dorking.
2) Chantecler cross to Bresse.
Then cross 1 and 2, and then select for a few generations for consistency.
