    Heated base for waterer: your thoughts on this product?

    I have a heated base that is supposed to stay around 75° 24/7. The waterer has been freezing every day recently, though. Might as well not even have the heated plate! It's still warm to the touch, but it's not enough to keep the water from freezing.
