I'll be candling on Friday, day 4. I'm a little wary of a lot of the silkie eggs and some of the marans. They seem to be very porous. I got them from a local person selling hatching eggs and not a verified business so I can't expect perfection.

I wrapped a towel around the incubator today because both of my control thermometers inside of the incubator were fluctuating quite a bit. One read 97.6° and the other read 100.6°. Now they're both a bit more stable.

I went ahead and added everyone's usernames next to their egg. We still have several marans unclaimed.
