WOW...I'm sooo very glad to hear that, they offer such a wonderful line of products. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Like I said; at their request I've sent 8 videos showing the problem and still they have not responded. But, I just may have talked to the wrong person over the past week.
I purchased an opener last April, and it has progressively deteriorated in terms of battery performance. Initially, the batteries needed replacement every four weeks, then every two weeks, followed by weekly replacements, and now they require daily changes. I contacted the provided phone number...
