WOW...I'm sooo very glad to hear that, they offer such a wonderful line of products. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Like I said; at their request I've sent 8 videos showing the problem and still they have not responded. But, I just may have talked to the wrong person over the past week.

Try emailing them a new inquiry. I always replied back in the same email thread, but multiple employees would respond.
