    LA~Poulet : Does anyone here can tomatoes without a pressure/water bath canner? We have a ton of tomatoes from the garden I'm not sure what to do with, but don't have a pressure canner at this time. You can also freeze tomatoes. Just dunk them in hot water, peal and place in zip lock freezer...
