The top two chicks, they don't look like Welsummers, more like Welsummer crosses or hatchery stock red layers. I know it is several years old but what do they look like now as matured adults?

The Wheaton color, Welsummer or Brown Leghorn, depending on the color of their earlobes. The grey chick with no leg featherings, could be an EE or Sapphire Gem or even Olive Egger. The last chick with feathering, as you stated was very small, could be a Silkie.
