You know what....her legs look kind of olivey green to me,, maybe its just me, but do oyu have any Americauna mixes or EEs...that could be where the feather color comes from too?
I know the comb doesnt really match but if its a mix it could be?

Some times you get a few that take longer....i had one pip internally externally and completely fully zip in less than 5 minutes! But i also have had some internally pip, then nothing for 24 hours, then take another 24 hours just to zip....It hard ya know.
I give em at least till tonight.

for the people talking about chicks shrink wrapping, it honestly could happen in the amount of time it takes you to take the egg out of the bator and chip off some shell. Just because it shrink wrapped when you open the egg doesnt mean it was or wouldhave if you left it in the bator
I heard something about writing 'syrup' or something on the boxes, cuz if they break a box full of syrup or something the whole place is a mess...or maybe it was molasses or something
actualy the biggest difference in chicken eggs and duck eggs is the time frame, duck eggs take about 28-32 days and chicken eggs only take between 19-23 days ish
I say all girls...the EE looks identical to mine, as does your reds and light brahma...I had a light brahma roo that had a HUGE comb at 8 weeks..so i definately say all pullets!
My duck laid eggs, lots and i want to incubate them. But they are really dirty should i wash them first or just leave them dirty to incubate?
I know they are fertile cuz i cracked one open.
Oh ya they will get bigger...and bigger!!! lol...Give it a month or two , you gotta remember they are beginners and its also gonna start getting cold too, i wouldnt expect large eggs until the end of september/mid november.
But they do get bigger!
