From about 9 months to 4 months..they are penned and let free range in the back yard. We are feeding them laying pellets, scratch and the stuff that looks like ground pellets for the younger ones..

They have loose stools and one is lethargic with it's eyes closed and is shaking some..they don't seem to have any respiratory problem.

Do you think this is the right medicine for their symptoms?

Our Black Copper Marans have been having loose orange colored stools. My husband went to the feed store and they sold him some tetracycline powder. I read this morning NOT TO USE ON BIRDS LAYING EGGS FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION! I am so upset ..can we never eat their eggs again? We also have one...
