If it is five months old and hasn't exhibited rooster like behaviour such as crowing or trying to mount other hens then I would say hen. The comb at that age is hard to judge without a comparison but to me looks like a POL hen's comb. The stance looks quite rooster like. I can't see any saddle...- XxMingirlxX
