    so, of the 15 eggs under our broody, only one is showing any aign of development, and... While candling this morning I did not see any movement in this egg . :( And here's a pic from this afternoon, seems like fall here .

    Have you considered that they may not be fertile? Although even non fertile eggs should have a larger air cell over time.
