    Did not have a hatch on Halloween; however, I adopted 2 sexlinks to keep my little guy from being depressed. Hopefully a new hatch will yield more of his own size to play with.

    I did get rid of the dead ones. Concerned about the ones left not hatching and having a very lonely chick. @TJChickens, anyway you might have eggs I could buy?

    So I could not wait to candle, 2 more dead. The other 3 no movement, but not detached, and there are veins. Still viable?

    Still only the one, now in a large brooder all by herself. I will candle the others on Saturday, day 23 to see what is going on.

    Just realized I might have miss counted days, I put the eggs in the incubator on 10/9, at 11pm, but did that was part of the 24 prep, I did not turn the turner on until 11am in the 10th. Hmm, maybe due date 29th not 28th. Would stopping turning a day early effect hatching?

    As of 7am still nothing, I am mostly concerned now because there is no movement either. Like I said I will wait until Friday evening and candle if nothing. Hopefully both of us are just delayed because of incubator issues.
