Ok, we just had this tonight. It may seem like a little work, but rely, it isnt and man what a nice bird this turned out! It was awsome. I made 2 birds instead of one and put them in turkey pan, but worked just fine. Definatly doing it again! Thanks for sharing this recipe.
Hey, quick question, are the birds suppesed to be skin less for roasting? I am taking them out of the fridge know after the 24 hr marinade and it dawned on me they still have there skin.
