I have 3 sets. I kept finding that garage sales for $1/set!!! I have used the extras to fix pegs I wear out
JoAnn's and Michael's both have a rather nice selection of yarns. Hobby Lobby too.
My latest project....a quiver for my arrows.
I am using recycle corrugated plastic (an old real estate sign) as the structural core. I still need to do a little work on it, but I really think this qualifies as the craziest project I ever created!
My latest KK project is a voodoo doll for a terminal cancer patient (friend of a friend). We are making it look like a doctor. I already found her some big pins to stick in it. I just have to find a toy stethoscope and finish the head .
Here are a few of the different types of looms including the straight ones. I use an old purple kk straight loom to make flat pieces (yes. similar to a knitting machine).
