    So, the guy I got the eggs from is saying they are Rhodebar chicks. They come from the brown egg. Very similar looking chicks as the CL.

    Would the eggs be blue from a legbar. My blue eggs didn't hatch. They do look like legbars, now that I've looked at pics.But, I wouldn't have thought they would come from the brown egg...

    He had, crested cream legbars, blue orp, lavender orp, splash, seperate enclosures. He had two or three other kinds. The chicks came from one that looked like the gold laced pattern. I'm not sure tho...

    This is my first hatch, we have 3 blue orpington babies I was told, and possibly 2 copper marans. My 2 cream legbar eggs didn't make it. How can you tell what a splash looks like as a chick?? Or lavender? He had a lavendar roo. Thanks for any info.
